Instant boob lift

So today was the day I realised how important wearing the correct bra size actually is!

Yesterday I stumbled into Bravissimo in Covent Garden, the lingerie store for D to KK cup women. I was casually having a browse around their selections and decided to take them up on their specialist bra fitting service, wondering if I could actually fit into anything they stocked.

For as long as I can remember I thought I was a size 36C, well how wrong I was. I was taken into one of the fitting rooms at the bottom of the store and a lovely lady call Anouska identified herself as my fitter. She took one look at the bra I was wearing and showed me that the back was far too big and the cup size was way to small. She made me try and number of styles and sizes, which led us to identify my true bra size – 32F/FF.

I came away with two lovely styles:

Juno Bra by Cleo - £23

Deco bra by Freya - £30

More information on how to get the perfect fit can be found on their website: http://www.bravissimo.com/perfectfit/getting-the-perfect-fit/

Today was the first day wearing my new bra, and let me tell you I felt well and truly strapped in and my boobs were upright. I would highly reccomend going to see a proper fitter if you haven't before. I guarantee it will change your life.

Much love,
